HERE WE HAVE POSSIBLY THE RAREST OF ALL THE MG’S BUILT.

THIS IS THE ZS+ 120 EDITION. A FULL FACTORY X-POWER CAR WITH THE RARE EVO STYLE MG RACING MOTORSPORT BODY KIT FITTED COMPLEMENTED WITH THE SUPERB MG RACING SUSPENSION. 

MOST ARE SALOONS BEING BUILT FOR THE SALOON RACING SERIES NOT MANY MADE HATCHBACK FORM IT’S ALSO A 2006/06 CAR ! MAKING IT ONE OF THE LAST MG’S EVER BUILT !

Now tell me this does not look better than any other small family sports hatchback on the roads today, it looks stunning and is as rare as Rocky making a come back or Man Utd beating city to the title in 2012 thats going to happen this year maybe ! but it will surely happen in 2013 so you have a year or so to see and find another !  have a good luck around for one of these and then find one on the 2006/06 plate it’s going to be hard iv’e only seen one and i own it !

Now this car was a Pheonix MG motors car 1st, it was then sold on to possibly the last rover dealership in manchester being Horners of bury, the 1st owner was Stanley Johnson “old boy reliving his youth” till 2009. 2nd owner or 3rd as the V5 shows was a Miss R Bird, till 2011,  the last owner also a lady was a Miss T Clarke, so showing 4 former keepers but really it’s just 3. This quite rare car has spent the later years of it’s life in south wales and has been service correctly according to the 1st lady owner, now sadly the back of the service book has been misplaced having contacted Miss Bird 1st lady she tells me it was a fully serviced car done every 6,000 miles with the 1st cambelt @ 35,000 miles she had the car mot’d by Evans Halshaw of Cardiff @ 37,246 miles because it was due & the ford main dealer wanted it with a full mot before px-ing for a fiesta zetec. Evans Halshaw of  Cardiff then retailed it to it’s last lady owner. so this car has a full vosa history todate so she’s ready to look good out on the open road.

MOT HISTORY AS FOLLOWS………… 1ST MOT,  13/3/09. 20,301 MILES,  2ND MOT, 19/3/2010. 29,395 MILES “These are both the same dealer” 19/4/2011.  37,246 miles EVANS HALSHAW, LAST MOT, 18/4/2012 44,871 MILES. MY GARAGE “STRIGHT PASS + SERVICE” sadly on using it after the car came in px with me i noticed it getting milky in the header tank now it drove all the way from CARDIFF so it was without fault but with this being the genuine article and without issue it had to go at some stage it just happened to start to go on me and not her ;-( ….. so it has also just had the cambelt, water pump, thermostat and headgasket replaced, along with a full head skim valve polish and clean and built back up with the up-rated head gasket set ! so no worries here ! it has all been done for you by my garage at my expence ;-(  so no k-seal slapped in or it was ok when i had it, as most unscrupulous dealers would say ! its been fully refurbed and its ready for full use with no worries within the coming months or years !

Drivers seat as you can clearly see is perfect without splitting, patching or repair work needed, which as we all know at a certain age and miles and they are shot, well with 2 light weight ladys all’s good here then.

You can now clearly see this sports MG has the edge over others available today, stunning looks with a superb stance give this last of the line x-power cars serious classic collectable qualitys if ever an MG after the 75 V8 Mustang car was to be collectable this is it and ive’e only ever owned 3 in the last 7 years since they built them !

How did the technical/designer man ever come up with this shape and kit style, iv’e yet to see from 2006 and back to 2004/54 when the 1st car appeared a family sports hatch look as ggod as this does today, lets think ! golf, astra  (s%&t ) you know what i mean, focus st, even the superb audi A3 sport doesn’t look this good ! so some body at MG really did get this car just about right in the looks department and yes all the kits in perfect order all round.

The paint work is in superb order, with just 1 or 2 stone chips and a very slight mark on the bonnet edge also with 2 touch up’s seen here, remember it’s 6 years old so will have the odd if i can say less than age related mark, and on the subject of age and miles i must say the 2 ladys have treated this car beyond the call of duty so to speak ! no crashes, trolly dents, scuffs to bumpers just totally superb from all 4 corners and with this kit you would expect some marks but its just excellent all round a real credit to them. I must show this car to the wife she needs to see how it’s done !

Spare wheel and tools are un-used as is the boot area, would lik to think the back seats are also un-touched, none smokers car from new. all the trim excells in every area, doorcards and carpets are just perfect in-fact the inside is without wear in in area.

Come on how good does this car look, you can’t fail to like it can you……………………………….

Mark on the bonnet is just to the right and is right on the crease, stone chips seen to the front and if i was to be really criticle here it needs a new grill badge as it’s worn away “seen these for £6 on ebay” like i said its in nearly perfect condition, looks wise it is, remember this is a 6 year old car so will show minor imperfections ;-)

And you know what this sporty looking car with 120 bhp on tap and running the superb 1.8 motor is ony £177.00 per year to tax yes just £177.00 per year and will return near 40 mpg so i’ts got the lot, cheap ins group, low tax, fantastic shame all others looks, and will do 40+ mpg and something you will not see in sainsburys what else gives you all this !

Starts on the button, performs superbly and drives without fault, handling is crisp responsive and sharpe, suspension set up is just superb even with the 1.8 120 bhp motor this car feels soild agile and nibble a great drivers car. hard to believe MG Uk are no longer here boy did the Pheonix 4 really do a good job of skinting a great car builder, This car really is a credit to them, in looks style it has the lot.. but then it’s like it’s big brother the 75 MG great looking from all 4 corners. this is a car that draws attention where ever it goes like i said think of something this good looking thats 6 years old today and what can you come up within this price range, This is a car thats breaks away from the norm and you will be highly un-likely to pull up along side at the lights or park next to one at tescos this week, next’d month or when ever and to prove this point there is only 1 other x-power car on ebay, it’s a 54-plate with 108,000 miles on @ £1995 there are no, yes no 2006/06 cars any where! so to go with stunning looks you also now have the last of the line ultra rare factor and that fact alone has no value.
